 The next court hearing will be Feb. 13, 2013 in Rancho Cucamonga.

The San Bernardino County Judge reviewing the lawsuits to restore dredging in CA lissued his opinion about hearing all six cases against the California Dept. of Fish and Game by one judge in one courtroom.

Since more miners live in San Bernardino County where several of the suits were brought, and most of the interested parties agreed (incl. CA F&G ) it is thought this is beneficial for a positive outcome for mining and FREEDOM.
